For many girls in Uganda, managing menstruation poses significant challenges. The lack of access to affordable sanitary pads often forces girls to resort to unhygienic alternatives or miss school altogether. This not only affects their education but also impacts their self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being. JUC Foundation Uganda aims to break this cycle by providing reusable pads as a sustainable and cost-effective solution.

Recognizing the increased vulnerability to health issues, the foundation works to ensure that elderly individuals have access to quality healthcare services. This includes facilitating regular medical check-ups, providing assistance with medication management, and promoting healthy lifestyles through awareness campaigns.
